Damilola brings over a decade of experience in global development strategy, philanthropy, organizational leadership, partnerships, and international program design to her advisory and consulting work. Her broader career includes securing significant philanthropic funding, managing multimillion dollar grant and operational portfolios, and leading international programs and partnerships across diverse institutional and geographic contexts.

Through ETRAssociates, a consulting firm she founded in 2015, Damilola designs and delivers education and leadership programs grounded in research, local context, and long term institutional impact. Her consulting and advisory engagements have included work with a state government in Nigeria, the German Development Agency (GIZ), and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.

Her focus areas include philanthropy advising, organizational strengthening, program design, and global development strategy, helping institutions build the systems, partnerships, and leadership capacity needed to translate resources into sustainable, measurable impact.
